At LumeSkin Beauty, we want you to know what to expect when placing an order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping charges, including any applicable free-shipping offers, are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery after shipment is 3-8 business days. Processing time is additional to this delivery estimate. Delivery times may vary by product and destination.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Multiple items and bundles

Orders containing multiple products, including bundles, may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Each package may have its own tracking number. You won’t be charged additional shipping after checkout because we split your order into separate shipments.

Shipping delays

Carrier disruptions, holidays, weather, and customs processing may affect delivery estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped items for a refund.

If your order has not arrived within its estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We’ll try to update the address, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.

Missing or damaged packages

If your package is missing, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us with your order number. Include photos of any damage to the product or packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
